YOUR TASKS
- Development and optimization of Customer Quality processes in coordination with product responsible and production sites to ensure efficient and standardized procedures within the Rail division
- Development and optimization of new and existing systems/tools for Customer Quality processes
- Establishment of process metrics to ensure the transparent and measurable implementation and performance of processes both within the organization and for external stakeholders
- Regular provision and tracking of process metrics
- In case of deviations from targets, demand, define, and track countermeasures with responsible parties
- Monitoring, evaluation, and identification of improvement potentials, as well as lessons learned in existing processes, and implementation of corresponding measures for process optimization
- Creation and execution of trainings related to specific processes
- Establishing a Key User network and conducting regular Key User meetings
- Providing regular information to the internal audit team for process monitoring at the locations
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
- Several years of work experience (3-5 years) in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Sound knowledge in planning, modeling, training, and monitoring of quality processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Very good English skills, additional foreign language is advantageous
- MS Office (good knowledge)
- Power BI (advantageous)
- Experience with process modeling software (advantageous)
