YOUR TASKS
- Full commercial support for responsible departments Planning (Budget / Forecast / Outlook) of all cost element and alignment with responsible departments
- Coordination of IC incomes and expenses, Investment plans, coordination and plausibility check of headcount plans and personnel cost
- Operative Controlling: asses and actively manage cost positions, ongoing controlling of investments + commenting and bridging of responsible departments
- Approving of indirect material requests
- Closing: monthly, quarterly and year end closing
- Ensure completeness of positing, commenting on main topics and responsible to evaluate and document provisions for responsible departments
- PMO – Project EC2.0
- Take over special tasks within SfS-GmbH Controlling team
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance/accounting or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling; ideally from production industry
- Safe handling of business key figures of Balance sheet and P&L, including cost center - and profit- Center Accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3 – further non FI CO
- SAP knowledge and other database knowledge is an advantage
- IFRS Accounting Knowledge
- Independent and analytical way of working as well as confident occurrence
- Strong communication and team skills as well as high affinity for numbers and IT
- Fluent German and English language skills
