YOUR TASKS

  • Advising and supporting the Board Member of the People & Integrity Resort in assessing priorities, structuring complex topics, identifying decision needs, and preparing management-ready options and recommendations across operational, strategic, and organizational matters
  • Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing decision‑ready materials, management summaries, briefings, presentations, and committee papers for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, the Personnel Committee, and other internal governance bodies, ensuring clarity, completeness, and audience-appropriate messaging
  • Coordinating cross‑functional alignment with HR, Legal, IP, Compliance, Data Protection, employee representative bodies, as well as divisional management and executive offices, to ensure consistent, fact‑based, and timely input for Board‑level topics
  • Conducting analyses and preparing executive reporting on strategic HR topics such as headcount, FTE development, turnover, personnel measures, reorganizational impacts, budget implications, and follow-up on Board decisions, thereby providing a robust basis for steering and management action
  • Contributing to and supporting strategic HR and transformation initiatives, in particular through PMO activities, preparation of decision papers, action tracking, and governance‑related coordination
  • Supporting Board and leadership communication on sensitive and high‑visibility topics and ensuring consistent quality, structure, and presentation standards across all executive materials under significant time pressure

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable, Board‑proximate role ideally within an international corporate environment or a renowned management consulting firm
  • Proven experience in preparing decision papers, management briefings, and presentations for the Executive Board and/or Supervisory Board
  • Ideally, initial exposure to HR, Legal, or governance‑related topics
  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident and professional demeanor, with strong communication and presentation skills at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, structured and independent working style and a high degree of loyalty and discretion
