YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- SUPPORT… day-to-day operations and ongoing projects
- CREATE… and maintain documentation and processes in BIC
- COORDINATE… and follow up on tasks
- SUPPORT… the preparation of internal and external audits
- CONTRIBUTE… to continuous improvement projects (digital transformation)
- INDEPENDENTLY MANAGE… smaller areas of responsibility and projects
- SHAPING… the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g. TU Wien, FH Technikum Wien or comparable)
- First practical experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Very good MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, SharePoint and Power BI
- Very good German and good English skills
- Independent and conscientious way of working
