YOUR TASKS
- PLANNING... of national and international service assignments
- COORDINATION... of national and international service assignments
- DISPATCHING... of service technicians, taking into account availability, qualifications and priorities
- COORDINATION... of appointments with customers, technicians and external service providers
- MATERIAL MANAGEMENT... including spare parts availability and tracking of missing parts using SAP
- COORDINATION... of material deliveries, transports and returns
- HANDLING... of customer inquiries, complaints and urgent service requirements
- DOCUMENTATION... of completed service activities in SAP
- FOLLOW-UP... of open orders, feedback and missing information
- COLLABORATION... with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Quality Management
- OPTIMIZATION... of operational service processes and cross-functional workflows
- SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Several years of relevant professional experience in service coordination, resource planning, technical order processing, spare parts logistics or a comparable operational role
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with SAP and confident handling of MS Office applications
- Basic technical understanding of machines, equipment and technical fault descriptions
- Strong organizational skills and an independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The minimum salary is from € 3,500 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
