- STEERING... and responsibility for the product portfolio
- COORDINATION... of close collaboration with product management, sales, and other departments
- LEADERSHIP... and ongoing development of the engineering team

- RESPONSIBILITY... for budget planning, cost control, and resource management

- Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in an engineering environment, ideally in the railway or mobility sector
- In-depth knowledge of product management and product responsibility
- Experience in budget planning and financial management
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience in technical sales or close collaboration with sales
- Excellent communication skills and confident appearance
- Ability to clearly and convincingly express complex matters
Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The minimum salary is from € 4,500 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
