YOUR TASKS
- CREATION... of quotations, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes and order documents in SAP
- ORGANISATION... of the international dispatch of goods including the necessary documents such as invoicing in SAP, shipping order, customs documents, delivery note, invoice, EUR1, ATR, certificate of origin, supplier's declaration
- FIRST POINT OF CONTACT... for customers and production regarding delivery dates
- COMMUNICATION INTERFACE... to all departments of the company
- ORDER TRACKING... in SAP incl. deadline maintenance
- ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES... such as sending audit reports, filing incl. all tax-relevant documents, mail distribution, ordering office supplies
- SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training or commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of commercial processing
- Written and spoken German and English
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sound knowledge and understanding of SAP R/3, module SD is a prerequisite
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, precise and organised way of working
Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The minimum salary for 25 hours per week is from € 2,078 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
