YOUR TASKS
- TECHNICAL... and disciplinary leadership of approx. 25-30 apprentices
- ACTIVE CREATION... of apprenticeship contents and qualification criteria in close cooperation and coordination with the specialist departments
- IMPARTING... of theoretical knowledge and practical skills
- GUIDANCE... and assessment of learning progress by means of teaching and learning objective checks and corresponding documentation
- ONGOING EXCHANGE... with internal and external interface partners
- PREPARATION... for the apprenticeship-leave exam
- ACTIVE APPRENTICE MARKETING... from social media to active participation in apprentice events
- CONDUCTING... and assessment of entrance exams
- DEVELOPMENT... of administrative activities related to apprenticeship training (school attendance, subsidies, etc.)
- SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in the field of metal processing and/or electronics (foreman or HTL)
- Several years of professional experience in apprentice training
- Successfully passed instructor examination
- High technical understanding in the field of mechanics and electronics
- High social competence and pedagogical skills in dealing with young people
- Professional and confident appearance and assertiveness
- Very good written and spoken German and English as well as good presentation skills

- Desire to actively participate
