JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

As a Vendor master specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of vendor master records.

  • Based on incoming requests, your tasks will be onboarding of suppliers, bank account and other changes, block/unblock vendor master, gather the appropriate supporting documentation and enter data into the system (SAP, SRM, Ariba).

  • You will cooperate on a daily basis externally with the suppliers and internally with procurement and other stakeholders.

  • Together with other experienced members of our Vendor master data team you will support data cleansing activities to ensure high quality of vendor master data, cooperate in data analyze and improvements, including implementation of new processes.

 

What you need to be successful

  • Customer orientation, time management and ability to work

  • Ability to learn and understand the complexity of vendor master data

  • Communication skills, to be a team player

  • Attention to detail

  • Bachelor´s degree

  • Previous experience in vendor master data, purchasing, or accounting is an advantage

  • Experience with SAP system is a plus

  • Fluent English is mandatory, German or other language is a plus
