JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main duties:

  • Responsible for planning and overseeing transitions within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion
  • Defining project/transition scope, roles & responsibilities, resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation
  • Developing budget and detailed project plan to schedule key milestones and activities
  • Managing delivery according to the plan, tracking the progress and providing regular reports on project status to key stakeholders
  • Proactive communication across the project team and solving project with the sites, the company headquarters and the Business Centre management to ensure the achievement of project objectives
  • Monitoring the financial benefits of each project
  • Creating and managing Best Practice standards

 

Education and experience required:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics/Finance/Business Administration or similar
  • Multiple year of experience in project and/or transition management within Business Services type of organization
  • Relevant technical and methodological quality improvements expertise (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean) and experienced in deployment and management of quality improvement processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. German is benefit
  • Professional in MS Office tools and general IT affinity
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP system appreciated
  • Result oriented, analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision making person
  • Ability to build strong and working relationships within project teams, stakeholders, top management and other internal and external subjects
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right time
  • Ability to bring new ideas, collect and implement best practises
  • 2-3 days per week in Liberec office
  • Flexibility in travelling occasionally (Munich)
