JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR TASKS

  • Independently manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, including identifying, approaching, and attracting potential candidates to join Knorr-Bremse. 
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes. 
  • Build strong and trusted partnerships with hiring managers. 
  • Conduct interviews virtually and, when required, onsite at various locations.
  • Perform active sourcing through relevant job boards and social media platforms to directly engage potential candidates. 
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment and employer branding strategies, as well as the expansion of Knorr-Bremse's social media presence, while continuously improving recruiting processes. 
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future vacancies. 
  • Prepare reports and analyses to evaluate and optimize recruiting activities. 
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies/headhunters and participate in career fairs and recruiting events. 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed university degree or commercial/business qualification, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or Personnel Management. 
  • Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Confident and persuasive personality with a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to attract and inspire candidates. 
  • High level of initiative, commitment, reliability, flexibility, and creativity.
