Regional Servie Line Lead HR Services EMEA (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- As Regional Service Line Lead HR Services EMEA, you will be responsible for leading and continuously enhancing HR service delivery across multiple service lines within the EMEA region. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, service quality, and digital transformation while ensuring alignment with regional and global HR strategies
- Your key responsibilities include leading end-to-end HR service delivery across EMEA for the service lines General Administration, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Travel & Expenses and Payroll & Time Management
- Ensuring efficient and effective execution of HR processes and service operations across all assigned service lines
- Driving the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets
- Acting as the primary escalation point for regional HR service delivery issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Building strong partnerships with Regional HR Leadership and Global Business Services (GBS)
- Collaborating closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners, HR Technology teams, and GBS stakeholders to implement global processes, standards, and best practices
- Identifying and driving automation opportunities while leveraging digital solutions, AI technologies, and self-service capabilities to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
- Ensuring alignment between regional business requirements and the global HR services strategy
- Safeguarding compliance with local labor legislation, company policies, and data privacy regulations across the region
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- More than 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles within HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery organizations
- Proven track record in managing HR service delivery across multiple countries and complex regional environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalization initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders within a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are considered an advantage
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and modern HR technologies, including AI-driven solutions
