JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR TASKS:
- Execution of the procurement process for all requirements/projects in the categories Facility Management including Office Supplies
- Clarification with users and departments regarding submitted purchase requisitions
- Professional support in developing the Europe-wide commodity group strategy together with departments and locations
- Support in implementing commodity group strategies in Munich and Schwieberdingen
- Independent negotiation, implementation, and completion of individual requirements and projects (> €20,000)
- Independent negotiation, implementation, and completion of framework agreements for Munich/Germany
- If necessary, proposes measures and action plans to improve supplier quality. This may include leading a group of order management or procurement support functions
- Participation in project work for electronic catalog management, introduction, and updating of content together with the catalog manager.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed commercial or technical studies
- Professional experience in purchasing (Facility Management)
- Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented working style
- Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with SAP and Ariba desirable
- Teamwork, strong communication skills
