JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a young team driving digitalization within KB Rail Purchasing.

Our main content is the operation, improvement, and enhancement of our automation landscape (e.g., RPA, OCR, …) and the identification and realization of potentials derived from process mining activities (e.g., Celonis, MS PowerBI) for all purchasing plants worldwide.

For that we are closely collaborating with our global Purchasing teams and are working with innovative software.

It is our mission to shift the focus from administrative procurement tasks to more tactical and strategic, value-generating activities.

We are searching for 2 new colleagues in our team in Liberec (CZE) with slightly different main tasks.

 

Profile 1 - Process Automation (RPA)

Monitoring of running RPA bots

Improvement of existing RPA bots and implementation of new RPA bots

Creation and update of RPA documentation

 

Profile 2 - Data & process analysis

Identification of improvement potential in operational purchasing processes based on process mining technology

Proposal, follow-up and monitoring of improvement actions

Management of OCR solution for order confirmation processing

 

Common tasks:

Support and handling of intercompany business (order process, master data, expediting, contact to internal customer)

Master data maintanence and optimization

Management of change notifications

KPI update and analysis

 

Expected skill set:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar (focus on logistics, purchasing or process automation is considered as benefit)

2+years experience in logistics, purchasing or process automation in production company, preferably in automotive or engineering

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Basic coding and database knowledge is benefit (SQL, VB)

Endless enthusiasm for automation and IT, analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking

Ambition for continuous improvement, solution-oriented and proactive way of working

Fluent in English, German is benefit. Willingness to travel occasionally (Munich)
