Part-Time Administration support in Controlling

YOUR TASKS:

Main duty - to support the controlling team of the business unit Chassis Systems of Knorr-Bremse.

  • Assist with general controlling tasks as a data analyst, data collector, and data administrator
  • Perform monthly updates of reports
  • Prepare analyses for the controlling team and internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D, product management and project management department)
  • Collect and consolidate data from internal stakeholders
  • Assist with file management and organization on SharePoint
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and management requests
  • Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within controlling department

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A finance profile would be welcome
  • Ideally, initial relevant work experience through internships or similar roles
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong skills in Excel is a must
  • Ideally, first experience with SAP R/3 and MS SharePoint
  • Advanced communication in English
  • Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, hands-on mentality
  • Pro-active working attitude with focus on continuous improvement

 

OFFER:

  • Required working days per week: 2-3 (15-20 hours per week)
  • Contract duration: minimum 1,5 year, longer cooperation is strongly preferred
