JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mission of this role:
- Accountability for successful operations of served Non-German speaking countries related to AP invoice processing
- Work closely with Head of dept and Manager to manage issues, risk, escalations
- Work on operations completion & actively drive achievement of SLAs and KPI targets
Key tasks and responsibilites:
- Leads and play a key role in the joint review meetings with the customer and P2P Leadership; Stakeholder´s management
- Ensuring daily operative tasks - distribution, delegation and checking of assigned tasks and responsibilities in small-size team (around 10 people); Incident management
- Ensuring compliance with the standards and working procedures of the entrusted process
- Manages and reports team´s performance
- In cooperation with the Head of dept, Manager, Project management and other Team leaders participates in increasing efficiency, harmonization and standardization
of processes; Active cooperation on process improvement
- Regular reporting to both Manager and internal customer
- Participation in transition activities
- Escalation contact for internal customer and external parties (vendors) in handled scope
- Identifies opportunities to expand the services provided in the current contract
Qualification and competencies:
- Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in ENG (other language is benefit)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge (or other ERP system)
- Very good analytical + strategical skills
- Leadership experience (inspiration, motivation, development, mentoring of both – individuals and team) in Finance, Accounting or similar is advantage
- Proactive attitude, ability to come up with new ideas
- Customer orientation, ability to prioritize tasks
