JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

 

The L&D Administrator plays a key role in managing and supporting the company’s talent management platforms and initiatives. Is part of Global Learning Services team and is operating within Business and HR IT.  This role ensures the smooth administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and supports L&D programs at the regional and country levels. The L&D Administrator provides high-quality services to employees and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the SuccessFactors Learning Management System and potentially other Talent Management modules.
  • Ensure adherence to system usage guidelines and best practices.
  • Execute defined processes within the area of responsibility, including complex learning organization and coordination.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development activities.
  • Respond to general inquiries from customers and stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate learning activities in collaboration with internal trainers, internal stakeholders, and third-party providers.

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Professional knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working according to predefined processes and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and an administration-focused mindset.
  • Minimum High school degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR administration.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to process enhancement.
