YOUR TASKS

  • Coordinate the administrative activities of the recruitment process, including preparing and publishing job advertisements, communicating with candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, from identifying and approaching potential candidates to supporting the selection and hiring process
  • Conduct candidate interviews virtually and, when required, onsite at various locations
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Carry out active sourcing activities through relevant job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to identify and approach potential candidates
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analyses to evaluate recruiting activities and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate cooperation with recruitment agencies and headhunters and participate in career fairs and other recruiting events

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed university degree or commercial/business qualification, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field
  • Initial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • German and English language skills (written and spoken) – German, Englisch – B-level
  • Confident and persuasive personality with a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to attract and inspire candidates
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured and reliable way of working
  • High level of initiative, commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn
