IT Workplace Administrator

Daily tasks:

  • Creating and updating Software Packages
  • Analysing logfiles and eventlog for troubleshooting software installations
  • Managing software assignments and supervising software rollouts
  • Troubleshooting client incidents and working with other teams to resolve them
  • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting abilities
  • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication/documentation skills and a positive/proactive work ethic.
  • Highly self motivated team player working in a global team and collaborative environment
  • Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting abilities and a customer oriented mindset


Expected skills set:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 3 + years of professional experience in the client IT administration and internal IT operations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, good communication, assertiveness,
  • self-motivated and goal-driven working in a global team
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Environments, Software Distribution, Group Policy Management, Certification with ITIL v3 Foundation(and higher) desired.
