We are looking for a specialist with a deep technical experience in infrastructure security area.

 

Technologies to work with - mainly Microsoft, we are responsible for: Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365 Apps, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Client.

In case you want to own security projects - this role is definitely for you.

No fancy monitoring. 

 

Daily tasks:

  • Support and improvement of existing security infrastructure.
  • Global 3rd level support.
  • Troubleshooting a large variety of issues related to security.
  • Work closely together in a global IT team.
  • Training of Knorr-Bremse services employees.
  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keep up to date with market trends.
  • Producing documentation and guides.

 

Expected skills set:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT field, experience in technical operations of IT security is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Win Client OS and Win Server OS, Network technologies.
  • ISC² CISSP, CSSP or SSCP certification and ITIL v3 Foundation (and higher) or equivalent qualification are preferable but not required.
  • Passion for troubleshooting and looking for solution is needed. Willingness to learn.
  • English Verbal and written communication skills at business level is required, in addition German language skills are also advantageous.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Ability to work in the international and virtual environment.
  • Possibility to travel (mostly Munich; max. up to 10%).
