We are looking for a specialist with a deep technical experience in infrastructure security area.
Technologies to work with - mainly Microsoft, we are responsible for: Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365 Apps, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Client.
In case you want to own security projects - this role is definitely for you.
No fancy monitoring.
Daily tasks:
- Support and improvement of existing security infrastructure.
- Global 3rd level support.
- Troubleshooting a large variety of issues related to security.
- Work closely together in a global IT team.
- Training of Knorr-Bremse services employees.
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keep up to date with market trends.
- Producing documentation and guides.
Expected skills set:
- 3+ years of experience in IT field, experience in technical operations of IT security is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Win Client OS and Win Server OS, Network technologies.
- ISC² CISSP, CSSP or SSCP certification and ITIL v3 Foundation (and higher) or equivalent qualification are preferable but not required.
- Passion for troubleshooting and looking for solution is needed. Willingness to learn.
- English Verbal and written communication skills at business level is required, in addition German language skills are also advantageous.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Ability to work in the international and virtual environment.
- Possibility to travel (mostly Munich; max. up to 10%).
