HR Time Management Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Daily tasks:

  • Responsibility for the data collection for the Payroll dept (Time attendance data check, sick notes registration and other administration)
  • Contact person for employees to manage attendance data
  • Consultancy for employees and superiors (business trips, home-office, vacation, shifts, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance of attendance data with the Labour Code and internal regulations
  • Close cooperation with HR specialists at Knorr-Bremse production plants in the Czech Republic
  • Preparation of reports for management based on attendance data in SAP

 

Required skills set:

  • Relevant work experience in HR or administration, preferably from a manufacturing company
  • Experience with any HRM system (either SAP system or another)
  • Very good communication skills in English or German in verbal and written form (level B2/C1)
  • Ability to work independently, reliably and precisely, work with deadlines
  • High-level of communication skills
  • Focus on the needs of internal customers
