HR Recruitment Officer

Daily tasks:

  • Posting of job vacancies for the Munich headquarters of the Knorr-Bremse Group
  • Open vacancies management, publishing in the global HRM system Knorr-Bremse
  • Pre-screening and selection of candidate profiles in German, English and Czech
  • Main contact person for applicants and recruiting agencies, scheduling interviews
  • Technical support for HRM system users: SuccessFactors (ticket administration, new users training, HRM system change management)
  • Cooperation on Knorr-Bremse HR marketing (email campaigns, advertising, job portals, chatbots and social networks)
  • Reporting and monitoring of the recruitment processes


Required skills set:

  • High school or University degree, preferably in economical or humanities field
  • Very good level of German (C1), English language min level B2
  • Relevant work experience in HR field
  • Skills in MS Office, experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRM system is an advantage
  • High-level of communication, presentation and organizational skills for cooperation with hiring managers
  • Ability to work in international environment with cultural differences
  • Ability to work independently and precisely, to be oriented on the internal customer needs
