JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a key contact for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders regarding General Administration topics
- Manage HR administration activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, document management, and offboarding
- Process HR cases and requests accurately and within agreed SLAs and quality standards
- Support the transition of HR activities into the regional EST delivery model through knowledge transfer, process documentation, and SOP creation
- Maintain and improve HR processes by identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data in HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and PeopleDoc
- Perform data quality checks, support reporting activities, and contribute to HR system improvements
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, payroll, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Support compliance with local requirements, internal controls, audits, and governance standards
- Contribute to a customer-focused team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and driving continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training, university degree, or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on HR or Business Administration
- Experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or a similar environment
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- German and English language skills at a minimum B2 level (written and spoken) are required
- Interest in HR digitalization and experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, Power BI, Power Automate, or Excel
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and actively contribute to process improvements
