JOB DESCRIPTION:

General HR Admin Professional 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding general HR-related inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on topics such as parental leave, part-time models, sabbaticals, and contract options.
  • Maintain a trustful collaboration with the works council in Germany.
  • Communicate with external institutions (e.g. authorities, social insurance agencies).
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Contribute to the optimization and standardization of existing HR processes.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain and manage employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (including Org Management & PPRT).
  • Create reports, evaluations, and statistics.
  • Perform quality checks and data error analyses, especially in the context of data migrations.

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Completed commercial training or university degree – ideally with a focus on HR.
  • Initial professional experience in the HR field or strong motivation to develop in HR topics.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (essential for communication with the German HR team).
  • Interest in digital tools and HR systems – e.g. SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
