JOB DESCRIPTION:
Scope of responsibilities:
- Technical & administrative support of HR Analytics & Controlling department
- Global Support on Executive Resorts
- Project success management and reporting
- Cooperation with internal stakeholders from HR, FiCo, Senior Management
- Support and develop planning / controlling, using global HR data
- Develop global, data driven planning
- Support developing global organizational structures in projects
- Drive global HR and personnel cost planning
- Support reporting of global HR KPIs and planning
- Cross-Check and Validation of global organizational business structure
- General People Analytics & Business Intelligence administration
- Maintenance of HR SAP HRP and SAP SF Master Data
- Process management of personnel planning in KB planning suite
Requirements:
- University degree (Economy / Data science is preferred) or completed high school degree with related working experience in business administration, controlling
- Approx. 5-6 years of relevant experience with controlling / cost planning
- Professional English for daily using in verbal and written, German is benefit
- Affinity for data analysis, expert in Excel, experience with MS PowerBI and SAC dashboards would be a plus
- Customer orientation, proactive communication, self-driven person, willingness to learn
- Ability to work in international environment, flexible to travelling (Munich - occasionally)
- Strong focus on execution and quality of service, willingness to integrate in a diverse global team
