Your Tasks:
KPI Management
• Suggest key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery performance.
• Track, report and analyze KPI data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from KPIs.
Budgeting and Forecasting
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for service delivery operations.
• Prepare accurate forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.
Charge Out Processes
• Manage and optimize charge out processes to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Develop pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive service offerings.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to streamline charge out procedures and resolve any billing issues. ·
Stakeholder Engagement
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, external financial authorities, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
Continuous Improvement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize service delivery processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of service delivery excellence.
Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in FICO roles, with a deep understanding of financial management and service management within a global business services environment.
• Proven track record in KPI management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement, service delivery mind-set.
• Experience with cross-cultural teams and work environment is an advantage.
• Business fluent in English (other foreign language nice to have)
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
