JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Tasks & Responsibilites:
- Optimize CO processes, master data, and system settings.
- Support SAP ERP transformation to an integrated system, ensuring process efficiency in the SAP CO module.
- Represent R/FC in ERP/CO rollouts.
- Serve as a CO Subject Matter Expert during Business Blueprint and Fit-to-Template phases.
- Collaborate with BPRs and BPCs to define business design solutions from a CO perspective.
- Manage CO-related activities in projects, acting as an intermediary between teams.
- Provide active support to key users and address queries.
- Train new staff, prepare materials, and conduct sessions as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Mathematics preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/controlling, preferably in an international, production company with SAP expertise.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules (SAP S4HANA a plus).
- Experience in SAP CO implementation and customization.
- Solid understanding of accounting/controlling tasks and processes.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an international, virtual environment and describe business processes effectively.
