Team “Corporate ESG Data & Processes”

 

Tasks:

 

ESG General

  • Structure and steer the integration of new ESG topics and legal requirements into KB organization (e.g. Biodiversity, Circularity)
  • Create an efficient interface to coordinate/align with all relevant KB departments
  • Support annual sustainability reporting
  • Training of internal stakeholders in case of introduction of new functionalities in data collection or reporting tools

ESG Data

  • Accelerate and steer the ramp up of new mandatory ESG data and KPIs for reporting and management purposes
  • Enhancement of digitalization and automation of ESG reporting processes
  • Conduct plausibility checks, performance reviews and internal audit of ESG data
  • Documentation of ESG-data reporting processes from bottom-up data source to aggregated figures
  • Development of KPI-dashboard (for all management-levels)

ESG Processes

  • Further structure and support role out of ESG risk/opportunity management processes
  • Integrate ESG risk/opportunity processes into the overall KB group risk-reporting
  • Conduct regular double materiality impact/risk-/opportunity assessments
  • Close cooperation with HSE-department regarding HSE-management-systems (ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO45001, Quality)

Expected skills set:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e. g. environmental studies, sustainability, law, economics, finance)
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong analytical and communicative skills as well as resilience
  • Passion for ESG and fast learning
  • Experience in the areas of investor relations, controlling, corporate finance, auditing, compliance, sustainability or management consulting
  • High affinity for IT - very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Independent way of working as well as structured and strategic way of thinking and acting
  • Nice to have: Understanding of sustainable finance and the common ESG reporting standards (e. g. the GRI Standards for Sustainability Reporting, the EU taxonomy, CSRD, Human Rights, the CSR guideline and the methodology of ESG rating agencies)
