YOUR TASKS
Global Financial Planning & Governance
- Provide financial steering and decision‑relevant insights to the Global CTO Management Team.
- Coordinate all global planning cycles including timelines, target deployment, regional alignment and consistency checks across HC, OPEX, CAPEX and project planning.
- Implement global financial targets and coordinate distribution across regions.
Global Cost Transparency & Harmonization
- Define and operationalize the globally harmonized cost‑split concept for CTO cost centers, drive rollout and provide global guidance to all regions.
- Implement accurate cost allocation to Product Groups based on global rules and project structures.
Monthly Reporting & Performance Management
- Report actual HC, OPEX and CAPEX vs. plan and forecast for the global CTO organization.
- Conduct structured variance analyses, highlight risks and trends and support management with clear recommendations.
Operational Support & Business Partnering
- Support leadership with financial questions, cost center analysis and forecasting
- Review and approve shopping carts in line with budget and support departmental spending governance.
- Contribute to Business Case reviews and ensure alignment with global governance guidelines.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or comparable field.
- Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within cross-functional environments.
- Confident user of SAP, Excel, Power BI and common reporting and planning tools.
- High analytical ability, accuracy and process orientation.
- Independent, reliable and proactive working style with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive topics with limited guidance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and with senior stakeholders.
- Affinity for global governance, harmonization and continuous process improvement.
