JOB DESCRIPTION:

BU Brakes Controlling

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for BU Brakes
• Validation and alignment with all relevant interfaces within KB organization

Legal Entity Controlling:

• Material / Salesbook Master data 
• Update of specific SAP Reporting for month end as for example: Logistics, department P&Ls, overdue AR accruals
• Responsible for the monthly Capex and depreciation reporting in existing standard format
• Support the improvement and development of Controlling tools and processes 
• Support of special tasks and ad-hoc analysis within 

• University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance/accounting or comparable qualification
• First / Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling; ideally from production industry
• Safe handling of business key figures of Balance sheet and P&L, including cost center - and profit- Center Accounting
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoints – ThinkCell knowledge is an advantage), SAP R/3 – further non FI CO SAP knowledge and other database knowledge is an advantage
• Independent and analytical way of working as well as confident occurrence
• Strong communication and team skills as well as high affinity for numbers and IT
• Fluent English language skills, German knowledge is an advantage
