Scope of responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the sourcing strategy for FM in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders (Corporate and sites)
- Strives for TCO reduction
- Manage the category from analysis to contracting
- Monitor Supplier Performance and ensure compliance
- Savings reporting
- Stakeholder and Supplier Relationship Management
Requirements:
- Completed studies in business or engineering
- Min. 5 years work experience in Indirect Purchasing / Supply Chain / Strategic Purchasing
- Solid negotiation skills
- Fluent Business English; German would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of contract law
- Experience in FM
- Good Software skills – MS excel, power point and SharePoint
- Mind-set to optimize e.g. processes and conditions
- Intercultural competences and availability to travel abroad
- Self-motivated and eager to find new solutions as well as hands-on

- Travel frequency (average): 1-3 business trips per month within Europe
