Area of responsibility:
- Active support and co-responsibility of the transformation of the business planning landscape within the scope of the company-wide SAP S/4HANA program — bridging current operations with future process design.
- Continuous monitoring, evaluation and communication of business planning results, ranging from market & sales demand to mid- / long-term operations planning. From a Business Unit level up to a consolidated global view.
- Acting as a neutral authority within the Rail Division under consideration of a close collaboration with local and global stakeholders to ensure consistent planning processes as well as quality and reliability of the planning results.
- Responsibility for global business planning tools and processes within the current SAP ECC 6.0 environment, as part of the operational business planning.
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of a future-oriented business planning environment in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on business applicability and alignment with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, business engineering or equivalent.
- Professional experience in the field of business planning, preferably in a manufacturing company. Practical experience in SAP process consulting or comparable knowledge is advantageous.
- Advanced expertise in SAP (such as ECC modules SD, PS, PP, MM, S/4HANA and/or SAP IBP).
- Fluent written and spoken German and/or English
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a very good ability to understand.
- Strong communication skills in an environment which requires an open mindset and resilience.
- High degree of initiative, combined with flexibility, efficient working methods and a strong sense of responsibility.
