JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Follow the defined Accounts Payable (A/P) procedures to process invoices
  • Handle daily booking operations according to GAAP and IFRS guidelines
  • Work closely with A/P vendors to ensure proper authorization and accurate data
  • Be the first point of contact for suppliers and vendors regarding disputed account discrepancies
  • Complete accounts payable tasks at the end of each month
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
  • Identify and implement improvements in the A/P process

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • High school or university degree, preferably in economics
  • Professional experience in accounting or administration
  • Understanding of the A/P process is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • MS Excel skills. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • English language (B2)
  • Hungarian language mandatory (C2 or native speaker)
