YOUR TASKS
- Follow the defined Accounts Payable (A/P) procedures to process invoices
- Handle daily booking operations according to GAAP and IFRS guidelines
- Work closely with A/P vendors to ensure proper authorization and accurate data
- Be the first point of contact for suppliers and vendors regarding disputed account discrepancies
- Complete accounts payable tasks at the end of each month
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Identify and implement improvements in the A/P process
YOUR PROFILE
- High school or university degree, preferably in economics
- Professional experience in accounting or administration
- Understanding of the A/P process is preferred
- Good communication skills
- English language (B2)
- Hungarian language mandatory (C2 or native speaker)
- MS Excel skills.Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
