• Processing and managing PO and non-PO invoices in SAP
• Support with month-end closing activities
• Workflow handling - resolving discrepancies
• Communication with global counterparties and other departments like purchasing, controlling, etc. 
• Vendor and operational queries (mailbox, tickets)
• Vendor balance confirmation
• IKS and audit support
• GR/IR clearing

YOUR PROFILE

• High school/university education, economics preferred
• Communicative knowledge of English is necessary, skill to communicate in German is a strong advantage
• Computer knowledge - MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook), knowledge of SAP preferred
• Accounting experience preferred
• Professional, communicative personality
• A sense for careful and responsible work, proactive approach
