Job description:
- monitoring, interpreting and applying relevant laws, regulations and industry standards related to products, services and security programs,
- developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, internal controls and reporting frameworks,
- conducting regulatory risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies to leadership,
- supporting interactions with regulatory bodies, legislative stakeholders and industry associations,
- analyzing proposed legislation and regulatory changes to evaluate their business impact,
- preparing advocacy materials, position statements and regulatory comment submissions,
- ensuring compliance with security-specific regulations and translating requirements into actionable guidance,
- providing legal and regulatory support during security incident response activities,
- cooperating with Legal, Government Affairs, Product Security, Engineering and executive teams,
- delivering training and awareness sessions on regulatory compliance across the organization.
Our requirements:
- university degree in Law; alternatively, a degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Cybersecurity, Political Science, or a related discipline with strong regulatory focus,
- minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, security compliance or related legal fields,
- proven experience in public policy or government affairs, preferably in a regulated or security-focused environment,
- strong understanding of security regulations, cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory processes,
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and persuasive documentation,
- English proficiency at C1 level,
- ability to build effective relationships with regulators, policymakers and internal stakeholders,
- preferred: experience in technology, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, financial services or telecommunications, and prior work with governmental or regulatory institutions.
