Junior Project Manager

Your responsibilities:
- preparation of budgetary and technical offers,
- contract analysis,
- active cooperation with various customers on commercial and technical level,
- managing multidisciplinary project team activities,
- identification and evaluation of project tasks according to KB project management framework,
- developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes, including resource allocation, progress tracking, financial and operational metrics, documentation, training and on-time delivery within the specified budget,
- performing tasks required to complete the project,
- partnering with multiple teams across KB organization to establish objectives and requirements,
- helping identify and mitigate risks associated with the project,
- updating and managing all systems required for the project.
Our requirements:
- higher education - preferably engineering or business administration,
- 2 or more years of experience in sales and/or project management area, with substantial commercial exposure to the customer and technical background,
- great communication skills and hands-on attitude,
- negotiation skills,
- advanced level of English,
- ability to identify problems, options to resolve and propose solutions,
- organizational skills and focus on the goal,
- knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
Would be an advantage:
- technical experience in mechanical and electronic systems,
- experience in SAP,
- experience in a leadership role,
- knowledge of other European languages.
