Cybersecurity Project Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:
- translating approved initiatives into structured project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and delivery sequencing,
- tracking progress, risks, issues, and dependencies for assigned initiatives,
- maintaining accurate, timely delivery transparency for stakeholders and Manager Program Management,
- ensuring risks and blockers are documented, surfaced early, and escalated through the appropriate governance channels for each initiative,
- raising formal escalation when committed delivery dates, scope or inputs are at risk, documented and timestamped with stated impact on delivery,
- supporting informed decision‑making by presenting facts, options, and delivery impacts, including recommendations from a delivery perspective, while leaving domain, risk and priority decisions to the accountable roles.
Our requirements:
- university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
- professional project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2,
- business-fluent English,
- familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, ISO/IEC 62443, CRA etc.),
- experience in project management, specifically in cybersecurity or IT security projects,
- strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies,
- excellent organizational, and communication skills,
- willingness to travel occasionally.
