Customer Service Intern with German 

LOCATION: Krakow / Poland | COMPANY: Knorr-Bremse Polska Sp. z o.o.

Your main tasks:

  • processing orders in SAP,
  • supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and queries,
  • tracking orders and delivery dates for customers,
  • performing administrative tasks and providing support with reporting,
  • taking part in internal projects on an ad-hoc basis,
  • working closely with internal & external customers.

Your ideal background:

  • good command of German (at least B2) and English (at least B1),
  • strong written and oral communication skills,
  • attention to details,
  • ability to work with deadlines.

Optional skills:

  • knowledge of SAP system.
