Are you a good technical communicator?

What about working on interesting engineering problems associated with train control and train driving?

If you'd like to join the Sales and Systems Engineering team at NYAB TDS as an intern, and have some experience in Python, we'd love to see your resume!

We are seeking students in their Junior or Senior year of study that will provide you  the opportunity to make big contributions that help us deliver advanced freight rail control systems solutions now and in the future. Responsibilities could include:

  • Perform testing on complex integrated & networked systems
  • Configure test setups and control stands
  • Write test cases based on functional requirements
  • Utilize automated testing to quickly and efficiently collect test data for development teams
  • Write test reports

 

Required Skills:

  • Ability to read piping and wiring diagrams
  • Create tests from requirement specifications
  • Experience in a hands on in test lab
  • Capable of technical writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point

Education: Degree: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering with a 3.0 or higher

Minimum Year: Entering Junior Year
