JOB DESCRIPTION:
Description of Work:
Deliver reliable engineering solutions for OE & RS business in company products—such as brake systems, automatic door systems, HVAC systems—by developing proposals, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical proposals aligned with customer specifications and contract requirements.
- Lead and manage technical solutions, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams in OE & RS business.
- Coordinate milestone reviews and support project planning activities.
- Define requirements for new parts, tools, and documentation to support engineering and service needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical solutions and cost estimates.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deliver presentations, and provide training for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the system engineering manager to ensure smooth team workflows and project alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, ideally in system design, pneumatic/hydraulic systems; experience in the railway industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated and a team player
- Strong project management knowledge, customer-centric, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with engineering tools/ software (i.e. AutoCAD, VISIO, PLM etc.)
- 5-day work week and hybrid work environment
