JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Hong Kong
Position Type: Full Time, permanent
Reports to: Director, Treasury & Tax
Provide timely, efficient and high quality supports for Treasury activities in Asia Pacific
Responsibilities:
- Support Regional Treasurer to carry out regional Treasury functions such as Hedging, cash management & JV financing
- Coordinate with banks to handle daily bank related operations for AP holding company in HK, and to provide Treasury support for group companies in Asia Pacific
- Handle bank documentation for foreign currency and other financing transactions
- Manage treasury operations, including cash management, cash planning and asset management
- Handle FX backoffice and reporting, treasury accounting booking and maintain Treasury systems
- Collaborate with different teams to carry out Treasury tasks, including Group Treasury.
- Support Treasury projects and other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with professional Accounting qualification (HKICPA / ACCA) or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in MNC with exposure to corporate finance and banking transactions, hands-on experience in SAP & Treasury
- Experienced in Foreign currency, money market & trade instruments
- Knowledge of tax and insurance is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua), able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- A responsible, initiative and patient person who is able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel occasionally if required
- Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for Assistant Treasury Manager
