Senior Manager - Contract & Order Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description of Work:

 

This position leads, develops, implements and continuously improves a best-in-class contract & order management function for the region.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Contract Management

  • Support on commercial and contract review and negotiations of major projects.
  • Monitor and ensure contractual status and project performance
  • Ensure project controlling process and project commercial tools are properly implemented and applied

 

Inventory Planning & Control

  • Oversee inventory planning and control to achieve the right balance between availability, inventory turns, and cost optimization.
  • Partner closely with the Sales and Project Management teams to manage and optimize inventory levels ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demands.

 

Logistics Management

  • Oversee the team managing warehousing, shipping, and relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistic providers.
  • Ensure operational excellence and continuously optimize processes in logistics, focusing on regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and consistent service quality.

 

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support company strategic, mid & short-term business planning process
  • Execute supply chain strategies aligned with company requirements and objectives.
  • Lead demand forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Drive changes and implementing strategies and deliver tangible results.

 

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive accountability across the team.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University graduate
  • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Experience in SAP is preferred but not a must
  • Well-organized, responsible, customer oriented and team leader
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be strategic while willing to roll up the sleeves to work
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
