Position Summary

 

To support the Sales team in daily commercial activities, customer coordination, and sales administration, while gaining hands-on exposure to B2B sales operations, reporting, and market analysis.

                                                                               

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer proposals
  • Support daily sales administration activities, including order tracking, quotation preparation, and CRM data updates
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, sales pipelines, and forecasting files
  • Support coordination with internal functions (e.g. Operations, Logistics, After Sales) to ensure smooth order processing and customer follow-up
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and basic data analysis to support sales planning and strategy
  • Help prepare materials for customer meetings, internal reviews, and management reports
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for sales records and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales team
  • Support ad hoc assignments and projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • University students majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and accept challenges with positive attitude
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
