JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Hong Kong
Position Type: Internship, Part time (2 days per week)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Reports to: Contract & Order Management Team
Position Summary
This internship offers hands-on experience in order management, logistics coordination, and business operations within a multinational environment. The intern will support daily administrative and coordination tasks related to order fulfilment while gaining exposure to SAP systems, cross-functional collaboration, and regional supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and basic system updates for customer orders (e.g. SAP)
- Support preparation of shipping documents, invoices, and related paperwork
- Help maintain order records, tracking files, and internal documentation
- Assist in tracking order and delivery status and updating reports/spreadsheets
- Support internal coordination for order-related information follow-up (under supervision)
- Provide general administrative support to the team (e.g. filing, data checking)
- Assist with customer enquiries and basic issue handling under guidance
- Support audit preparation and documentation tasks
- Participate in ad hoc assignments and team projects
Requirements
- University students, majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus)
