JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Hong Kong

Position Type: Internship, Part time (2 days per week)

Contract Durion: 12 months 

Reports to: Business Planning Manager Rail AP, HK

 

Positon Summary

Support management to handle sales and project planning data, perform data analysis and generate reports.

                                                                               

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor sales and project planning data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements
  • Perform routine data checks and analysis to support monthly reporting cycles
  • Compile and prepare monthly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools based on business needs
  • Conduct market and sales analysis to support business planning across Asia Pacific region
  • Provide support to the team on general/ ad-hoc analysis on market and sales data

 

Requirements:

 

  • University students majoring in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines
  • Willing to learn, good data management and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI is an added advantage
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
