JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Hong Kong

Position Type: Internship, Part time (2 days per week)

Reports to: Head of HR, Hong Kong

                                                                               

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operation of HR department
  • Assist in employee benefit administration
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes
  • Support employee engagement initiative and activities (e.g. annual dinner & staff events)
  • Provide general administrative support and maintain HR files
  • Perform other ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

 

  • University students majoring in HR, Business or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and accept challenges with positive attitude
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
