JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Hong Kong

Position Type:  Full Time, permanent

Reports to: Financial Controller

                                                                               

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage full sets of accounts for one/two specific business units
  • Responsible for financial statements, KPI and management reporting for month end closing, quarterly reporting and YE closing
  • Perform working capital management and cashflow analysis
  • Manage monthly forecast and annual budget
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, responsible for statutory audit, profit tax filing for HK, Singapore branch and Taiwan branch
  • Work with local and regional teams to simplify and optimize financial processes, as well as to strengthen internal controls
  • Provide ad hoc financial support for local and regional projects and special assignments

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Professional accounting qualification such as CPA will be required
  • Minimum 8 year’s relevant accounting experience. Audit experience with recognized audit firms is a plus
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly skilful with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in SAP is preferred; experienced in system enhancement
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment independently
