Mission of Job:
1. Handle component quality issue ;
2. New component' process development  / qualification ;
3. New supplier development ;
4. Supplier process capability / performance improvement ;                                                                                                       5. Supplier audit for assist to supplier operating system improvement.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Through use quality tool of 8D / Fishbone / 5 Why , Resolve supplier component quality issue to ensusing received component with high level quality. 
2. Qualification new component by PPAP /APQP / SPC / MSA /PFMEA;
3. Implement feasibility analysis during development new component 
4. Monitor & release supplier performance in each month 
5. Implement SCR for supplier , of Who have 5M change. 
6. Monitor CC/SC Cpk of component in each year.
7. Make / release PPM target of annual to supplier.                                                                            

8. Implement PSA / VDA6.3 for supplier.                                                                                              

9. Implement claim to supplier.

Education & Qualifications Required:

1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, casting, electronic, precision engineering, automobile engineering or related disciplines
2.Basic English communication skills is necessary .                                                                            

3.Good at office software .  

Professional Experience Required  :

1.At least 5 years experience in quality area in Automotive company , especially managment kinds of  supplier of rubber & plastic component .
2.Professional knowledge of quality-related tools within the automotive branch, such as IATF 16949/VDA 6.3 and AIAG 5 tools
3. Experience in quality and process control of assembly respectively would be an advantage .                

4. Good communication skills .
