Tasks & Responsibilities


1. Act as Key user for assigned HR IT System and support the HR Professionals in effective usage of the resources.

2. Import General HR specific information and data into HR IT systems and runs routine reports. Perform data analysis, and derive reports statistics.

3. Keep track of data security and data integrity.

4. Plans and coordinates respective HR related IS infrastructure projects.



1.Ensure effective implementation of  recruitment processes, methods and tools for staffing of vacant positions

2.Define and allocate budgets and resources. Ensure constant monitoring and analyzing of  local labor markets.



1. Responsible for internal newsletter, organize team buliding.  

2. Manage the General HR related files.

3. Support performance management.


Education & Qualifications Required

1.Bachelor's Degree, major in business management, human resources management, information management ect.  

2. Be able to use English as working language.



Professional Experience Required  

1. Above 5 years HR working experience in manufacturing, familiar with at least 3 HR modules;

2. Great learning capacity, strong logic, analytical and project management abilities.

3. Proficient with office software, such as word, excel, power point;

4. Good writing skills;

4. SAP experience is preferred.
